What Are Regular Verbs?
Regular verbs follow a pattern.
In Spanish, verbs end in:
-AR (hablar – to speak)
-ER (comer – to eat)
-IR (vivir – to live)
👉 You remove the ending and add a new one.
-AR Verbs (Example: HABLAR)
Remove -AR → habl-
Add endings:
Yo → hablo
Tú → hablas
Él/Ella → habla
Nosotros → hablamos
Vosotros → habláis
Ellos → hablan
📌 Examples:
Yo hablo español → I speak Spanish
Ella habla mucho → She speaks a lot
-ER Verbs (Example: COMER)
Remove -ER → com-
Endings:
